Welcome
The Parents in Tech program began in 2010, as a Technology workshop to help parents, guardians, family members, friends and any adult interested in learning the fundamentals of computer technology. We had the honorable collaboration of Seattle University Technology Center and Seattle Law School Clinic. ​ At the end of the four modules of the program, you have the option to take the final test and earn the Diploma of completion of the Parents in Tech program endorsed by Seattle University.

My purpose​
The purpose of the Parents in Tech program is to help eliminate the technological barrier and techno-stress in adults: parents, family members, friends, entrepreneurs and workers, who face the challenge of technology in the English language.

My Mision
Training in basic computing technologies, productivity and efficiency for life and work. Also inform them of the risks and sanctions of cyber-bullying and other harassment through technology, which affects so many children, young people, adults and families.

My Dream
is to form technologically healthy, safe and resilient people, families, schools and communities, promoting a culture of non-violence, with values ​​of love, respect and progress, through the good use of technology for life and work.

The Technology and Mentoring program "Parents in Tech" has been disseminated since 2010, in various Schools, Organizations, Foundations and Micro-Entrepreneurs. We have trained hundreds of Spanish-speaking adults, young people, parents, guardians, entrepreneurs, friends and families, from
Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba, Peru, Costa Rica, Argentina y Chile, a lo largo de Washington State".
